What happens if I change my mobile phone number?

If you change your mobile number, your details in Directors’ Box will not be lost, but to login you will need to update your mobile number.  This is easily done.

Within the app at login there is an option “I have changed my mobile”, this option should be clicked and you will be prompted to enter your old phone number.

An email will be sent to the recovery email address that was entered on signup, this link should be clicked and your new phone number entered.

A code will be sent to this phone number, enter the code into the app and the change of phone number is complete and you will have access again to your Directors’ Box account.
